Creamy Hemp Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3–4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, basil, chives—take your pick!)

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the thickness by adding a touch more water if needed. Taste and tweak the seasoning with salt, pepper, or extra lemon juice to suit your palate.

Hemp Seed Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously until everything is well emulsified. Drizzle over your favourite salad or use as a marinade for grilled veggies and proteins.

Orange Hemp Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup hulled hemp seeds
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice (with pulp)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more orange juice or a splash of water. This bright, citrusy dressing pairs beautifully with leafy greens and hearty grains.
