Who says decadence can’t be nourishing? This velvety chocolate mousse combines protein-packed silken tofu, nutty hemp seeds, and rich dark chocolate for a treat you can truly feel good about. With only a handful of ingredients and minimal prep time, it’s an effortless way to satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.

📌 Ingredients

  • 300 g silken tofu
  • 150 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 heaped tbsp hulled hemp seeds
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

📌 Directions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl. Gently melt in the microwave, stirring at intervals to prevent burning.
  2. Blend to Perfection: In a food processor, blend the tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, hemp seeds, and optional salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve & Top: Spoon the mousse into individual glasses or ramekins. For extra indulgence, drizzle over more melted chocolate and a swirl of Biscoff spread—or top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or your favourite festive sprinkles.
