📌 Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup hemp seeds, plus 2 Tbsp for topping

📌 Directions

  1. Prep the Pan: Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with baking paper to make removing the fudge a breeze.
  2. Melt & Mix: Create a double boiler by placing a heat-proof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Add the almond butter and chocolate chips, stirring occasionally until they melt together into a smooth, glossy mixture.
  3. Add the Hemp: Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in ½ cup of hemp seeds, blending well for a deliciously nutty crunch.
  4. Pour & Sprinkle: Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and spread it evenly. Dust the top with the remaining 2 Tbsp of hemp seeds for extra texture and protein power.
  5. Chill & Enjoy: Pop the pan into the freezer for 2-3 hours or the fridge until set. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing into bars or squares.
