Hemp Protein Balls

Have you tried making hemp protein balls yet? You can bet these are loaded with nutrition & incredibly satisfying in flavour! If you haven't tried them yet, here's how:

📌 Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups vegan protein powder
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao
  • 4 packets stevia
  • 2 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tbs. applesauce
  • 3 tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs. coconut sugar

📌 Directions

  1. Combine the hemp protein powder, raw cacao, and stevia in a bowl.
  2. Add chia seeds and apple sauce and stir well.
  3. Add coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and coconut sugar. Stir until wet.
  4. Form into 1 tbs. sized bites using the palm of your hand to form balls.
  5. Keep cold & store in the fridge.

Hemp seeds are extremely versatile and are great for mixing into desserts or oatmeal, as well as topping your yogurt or salad. It’s a great way to get a little extra nutritional boost.
