Refunds and Returns Policy
Margaret River HempCo accepts that buying clothes on Internet shopping sites involves some element of chance. We will do our best to give you all the information you need to make choices that you will be happy with.
However, if the garment you ordered does not fit as expected then please do not hesitate to return it. Let us know by phone or email and simply post the garment back to us. We will be happy to exchange it for a different size, or for a different garment of your choice of equal value. We will post the replacement to you free of postage charges.
If, despite all attempts, there is nothing that is suitable as an exchange, we will refund your money as long as the garment has not been worn or damaged.
Local, National and International Delivery
All orders are dealt with quickly and promptly. We will contact the customers if there is any unusual delay.
Delivery is by Australia Post and can take up to 10 working days, depending whether you live in the Metro area, in the country or rural.
Delivery charge is $9.50
Priority Delivery within Australia
We use Australian Post Express, when requested. Minimum charge is $14.30 for parcels up to 3kg. Up to 5kg is $20.85. Costs for heavier parcels will need us to contact the local Post Office.
With large or bulky items we use a courier service to any address in Australia, other than a PO Box number. On behalf of the customer, we would check with the courier for delivery costs.

Delivery to New Zealand can take up to 10 working days.

Delivery Service for International Customers
Delivery for international customers can take up to 15 working days.

Updating your personal information
You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it.
We will never ask you to confirm any account details or credit card details by email. If you receive an email claiming to be from MR HempCo, asking for these details, please ignore and do not respond.
