Have you ever considered that the clothes you wear could be impacting your health? It's not just about style and comfort; the materials used in your clothing can have a profound effect on your well-being. Recent research has revealed that certain fabrics can actually heal, while others can harm.

The Science Behind Fabric Frequencies

Dr. Heidi Yellen, a Jewish doctor intrigued by a scripture in the Torah, conducted a groundbreaking experiment to measure the frequencies of different fabrics. She discovered that a healthy human body has a frequency ranging from 70 to 100 megahertz, while a deceased or nearly dead person has a frequency of just 15 megahertz.

Yellen's research found that fabrics with frequencies lower than 100 can strain your body, while those with frequencies higher than 100 can be beneficial. Polyester, nylon, spandex, and silk, all common materials in modern clothing, have frequencies as low as 15 or lower, potentially compromising your immune system.

The Healing Power of Natural Fibres

On the other hand, natural fibres like organic cotton, wool, linen, and hemp have significantly higher frequencies. Organic cotton, for example, has a frequency similar to a healthy human body, while wool, linen, and hemp can have frequencies as high as 5,000 megahertz. This explains why ancient Egyptians wrapped mummies in linen and why hospitals once used linen in their beds.

The Synergy of Fabrics

Yellen also discovered that wearing wool and linen together can actually cancel out their beneficial frequencies, reducing them to zero. It's a fascinating finding that suggests that the combination of certain fabrics can have unintended consequences.

Toxic Chemicals in Your Clothes

In addition to fabric frequencies, it's important to be aware of the toxic chemicals often found in clothing. Polyester sports bras, leggings, athletic shirts, shorts, and underwear can contain harmful substances like BPAs, PFAs, thalets, and others. These chemicals have been linked to various health issues, including thyroid disease, respiratory problems, cancer, inflammation, and infertility.

  • Prioritise natural fibres: Opt for organic cotton, wool, linen, and hemp.
