  • 100 g Buckwheat Flour
  • 100 g Rice Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • Olive Oil for Cooking
  • Seasonal Berries (fresh or frozen)
  • Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Natural Yoghurt (optional)


  • Don't have almond milk? No problem! Substitute it with your favourite plant-based milk, such as oat milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
  • Want a thicker batter? Add a tablespoon or two of extra flour until you reach your desired consistency.
