📌 Ingredients

Spice Symphony:

  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Each: Ground cinnamon, coriander, and cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt

Nutty Delights:

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Hemp Seeds (Australian-grown, of course!)

📌 Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss all your nuts and hemp seeds in a bowl with olive oil.
  • In another bowl, mix your spices (garlic powder, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, and salt).
  • Add the spice mix to the nut and hemp seed bowl and stir to coat everything.
  • Spread the mix on your baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long!).

🌶️ Spice it Up (or Down):
